Did you know that the Brighten Group offers Horizon Health Zone 2 employees a Payroll Deduction Program?

Here's how it works: 

1. Simply stop into any of the 4 Brighten Group businesses and pick up an application form or you can print one off at home, by clicking here.

2. Drop off your completed application to any of the businesses. Within 72 hours, your Gift Card will be loaded and ready for pickup in the GIft Shop. Show your Hospital ID badge and you are ready to shop!

You can load the card with up to $300, in incriments of $50, with a minimum amount of $100. The payment that will be deducted from your paycheque is 20% of the total applied for.

The deductions will continue for 5 pay cycles, until the original card balance is paid in full. Find more great things you would like to purchase? Simply, re-apply by completing a new form. We can even re-use your exisiting card.

When you make a purchase at the Gift Shop, Trinkets & Treasures, Uniform Shop or Hair Salon, purchase Lifeline Service or use the ATM outside of the Gift Shop, all proceeds are redirected back into this hospital to fund Patient Comfort Programs!

Provides comfort and care for patients, families and staff across all areas of the hospital.

Provides comfort for patients and families during cancer treatment.

Helping elderly patients maintain an active lifestyle while in the hospital.
